To be able to demonstrate the quality of the writing and documents we produce, these extra steps are taken:

• to "build in" quality, gathered customer needs are tracked to completion
• comments from reviews are recorded, and tracked to resolution

Documents can be modified and shared with your favorite standard office software suite program (e.g. Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word, OpenOffice).
